Stylish material mix! The black mini dress from Noir is made out of delicate transparent tulle (top part) and powerwetlook (skirt part). It is soft and stretchy for a very comfortable fit. The wide tulle top part has long batwing sleeves. It is low cut at the front and the back. The cuffs and stand-up collar (with press studs at the front) are made out of powerwetlook. The short, tight-fitting skirt part is also made out of powerwetlook. Tulle 95% polyester, 5% spandex; powerwetlook 76% polyester, 24% spandex, polymer coating. There is a separate size chart for Noir.
